Stadthotel AsamIn 1999 it was extensively renovated and converted to a small deluxe 25 room hotel with an elevator. Our hotel is a charming; small; 5 story building originally built around 1900 as a luxurious city town house. Our accommodation comprises single rooms; double rooms; 2 bedroom suites and 2 bedroom suites with a separate steam room. All the rooms are luxuriously appointed and have beautiful granite bathrooms. Each room is fitted with a personal safe and electric trouser press. We have up to date facilities for computer modem connection. On site undercover garage parking for cars is available. Stadthotel Asam has a breakfast room which looks out to an enclosed garden. Two minutes walking distance to the pedestrian mall leading to Marienplatz the beautiful buildings of the old city and the shops of Munich. Stadthotel Asam is in a quiet location in the center of the old city of Munich. Additional Information; Children age 12 and under stay free in the room. Five minutes walking distance to the S and U Bahn Station subway and ten minutes walk to the railway station and to the Oktoberfest. Children over this age will be considered an adult.
