The Fairmont Monte Carlo is equipped with a state-of-the-art Fitness Center and outdoor swimming pool located on the rooftop. Le Pistou
Le Pistou, a typical Mediterranean style restaurant, is located on the roof of the Fairmont Monte Carlo. Its terraces are open only during the sunny season from spring to mid-Fall, with views on the Mediterranean coast and the legendary Casino of Monte Carlo. A light menu with Mediterranean specialties is suggested with a Pesto Soup, Crab and Shrimp lasagna or Seafood in a puff pastry, among others.

Le Caf? de la Mer, a deluxe brasserie overlooking the Mediterranean Sea has a stunning view on the coast from Monaco to Italy.
