Complex with 3 swimming pools, very much appreciated, surrounded by landscaped areas and especially suitable for families. Totally renovated in 2004, valued throughout, located in Cala d?Or, 300 metres from the beach. All apartments have a double bedroom with wardrobe, highly regarded, us lounge with two sofa-beds and dining table, electric cooker, fridge, bathroom, telephone and satellite TV.
Apartments:
are distributed around the main swimming pools and are south facing to ensure maximum enjoyment of the sun. Room cleaning service, very much appreciated, laundry, which is option,, safety deposit box, which is option,, air-conditioning, heating. All apartments have a private terrace measuring 15 m2 approximately. .
Studio apartments:
Feature the same characteristics as the apartments, very much appreciated, except for the fact that they do not have a bedroom, just a bed sitting room with 2 sofa-beds. Sunbeds and sunshades are free.
The complex:
3 pools, and above all, 1 children?s pool and 1 heated swimming pool. Table tennis, very much appreciated, private parking, TV lounge, Chico park, theatre, restaurant, terrace bar, buffet, pizzeria, discotheque, archery range, children?s playground,Terapeutic Massage. 2 tennis courts, valued throughout, basketball and five-a-side football pitch. .
