Cancellation policy

Reservations must be cancelled at the latest by 12AM 8 days prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of 1 night stay plus tax, and a penalty of 50pct of stay for stays of 4 nights or more. No-shows are charged a fee of the full stay.

Guarantee policy

A deposit of 1 nights stay is required and will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 10 days prior to arrival. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.

From The North : From the freeway take Rome's ring road (G.R.A.) towards Naples and then the Nomentana exit towards the center. Drive along Via Nomentana for around 15 km until Piazza di Porta Pia. Go under Porta Pia and continue on Via XX Settembre until Largo di Santa Susanna. Here turn left on Viale Vittorio Emanuele Orlando until you come to Piazza della Repubblica. Turn right on Via Nazionale and drive stright on for 600 mts untill you reach Banca D'Italia : on your right side you will find Via della Consulta--take the turn and go on till the end---you will be obliged to turn right and take Via Placenza--the main entrance of Villa Spalletti Trivelli is at no. 4.

From The South : From the freeway take Rome's ring road (G.R.A.) and then the Appia exit towards the center. Drive along Via Appia Nuova for around 15 km until Piazzale Appio, turn left into Piazza di Porta San Giovanni and then immediately right on Via Merulana. Continue until Piazza di Santa Maria Maggiore, drive along the right side of the church and drive along all of Via Torino until Via Nazionale: there you turn left and drive stright on for 600 mts untill you reach Banca D'Italia: on your right side you will find Via della Consulta--take the turning and go on till the end--you will be obliged to turn right and take Via Placenza--the main entrance of Villa Spalletti Trivelli is at number 4.
