Take M4 to Central London to Chiswick Flyover, at end of motorway continue onto A4, at Hogarth Roundabout take second exit onto A4/Great West Road towards Central London/Hammersmith. Entering Hammersmith Flyover connection stay in right hand lane then cross the flyover/A4 and you will see sign for Central London.
