Zirmstube
The Zirmstube, the a la carte restaurant of the hotel, is the oldest part of the building. The hotel itself has been named after the Swiss-Pine used for lining the walls (and for all the furniture). This wood is part of our ancient heritage. Our restaurant is open from 12:00pm - 2:00pm (summer) and 12:00pm - 4:00pm (winter) and 7:00pm - 9:00pm. The Menu includes regional specialties and international cuisine. Whatever your choice may be, we will delight you with exquisitely prepared courses using fresh ingredients.
